Your registration with the full payment or deposit is required for course registration and is non-refundable. Your registration will not be valid and confirmed until your course fees have been received. No refunds are given for workshops or any other training programs unless approved by the medical director in writing. Credit will be applied to any future program. PrimaFace Aesthetics Training must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation in order to be credited for any future programs. There are no credits or refunds for “No Shows” on the day of the scheduled program. Tuition fees may be transferred to another individual or to another activity date. Should it be necessary forPrimaFace Aesthetics to cancel a program, a full refund of the registration fee will be refunded. We understand if you need to cancel due to unforeseen emergencies. Any nonrefundable payments, like airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc. will be billed to you for the cancellation. A cancellation for non-emergency reasons or a repeat cancellation will incur a $500 charge per cancellation.

PrimaFace Aesthetics Training shall not be responsible for monies registrants may have spent on non-refundable airline tickets, related travel costs, claims for lost wages, or hotel accommodations in the event a course is canceled or sold out. The trainee is responsible for any model scheduling. We do not guarantee any number of models for training trainees as the training location is not within our control. We reserve the right to refuse registration from any attendee. Seminar Location, Agendas, and course instructors are subject to change.

PrimaFace Aesthetics Training consistently adds new programs throughout the year. PrimaFace Aesthetics shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, delays or loss or enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, instructor no shows without notice to PrimaFace Aesthetics Training resulting in cancellation of program, hurricanes or weather conditions, or damages to persons or property arising out of or connected to this function.

Enrollment in a program seminar does not guarantee that a physician is sufficiently trained to perform a procedure. The physician will receive a certificate of achievement, but this does not imply, nor is it intended to indicate, competence to perform any procedures. Any additional training that is requested will require an additional fee.
